The spreadsheet is a dated discovery view. The current listing and the item that reaches the warehouse are separate checks.
Choose a category that matches the item you want
Start on the category cards rather than scanning unrelated products. Sneakers, hoodies, bags, jackets, down jackets and perfume have different details worth comparing. If you need a particular shoe, open the sneakers category and compare similar pairs there.
Each category page shows selected product cards from a dated catalog snapshot. The date matters: a card may remain useful for discovery even when the seller changes a variant, price or availability later.
Apply these checks to the products in UIDBuy Sneakers Spreadsheet.
Read a product card as a shortlist, not a final offer
Use the title and image to identify a candidate, the CNY price to make a rough comparison, and the QC badge to see whether photos are associated with that product. A QC count does not tell you what the photos show or whether the item is genuine.
Save two or three candidates and compare the same questions for each: Is this the right model? Is the relevant colour or size shown? Is the price a single amount or a range? Are QC photos associated with the item?
Example: if one sneaker card shows ¥480 and 6 QC photos while another shows ¥520 and no QC photos, the first has more evidence to inspect. It is not automatically the better shoe or the cheaper delivered order.
Open the current item listing in a new tab
The card opens a detailed product listing in a separate tab. Compare its current title, selected colour, size, quantity, price and stock state with the snapshot card. If the listing differs, use the current listing for the buying decision.
Do not assume the main photo represents every option. Check the selected variant and its own price before paying. Keep the snapshot and current listing open side by side if you are comparing several products.
- Before ordering: confirm the exact variant, current price and seller-to-warehouse delivery charge.
- Before international shipping: confirm the item received, available route and parcel quote.
Use the QC count to plan the warehouse check
A card can show how many QC photos are associated with an item, but this site does not display the actual QC image set. Inspect those images in the order or warehouse view when the item arrives. Match the item to the option you paid for before approving a parcel.
If a needed angle, label or measurement is missing, ask a specific question while the item is still in the warehouse. Our QC guide explains which visible details to check and what photos cannot establish.
Keep item ordering and parcel shipping separate
Buying an item sends it to the warehouse; it does not finish international delivery. After the seller-to-warehouse stage, review the received item and then choose which items to put in a parcel. The parcel route and overseas shipping charge are a later decision.
Keep the item order number, selected variant, QC decision and parcel number together. If a delay occurs, those details tell you whether the question belongs to the seller shipment, warehouse review or international parcel.
