Check the original listing and paste its link into UIDBuy’s own purchase flow. A third-party shortcut failing does not prove that the marketplace is unsupported.
Know which link you have
A Taobao, 1688 or Weidian URL points to a seller listing on that marketplace. A shopping agent may accept that URL in its own search or purchase field, then show an agent product page. A spreadsheet shortcut is a separate link created by the site that published it. These links should not be treated as interchangeable.
The product cards on this site open a current catalog listing in a new tab for closer review. They are discovery links, not a promise that the original seller listing is still live or that an order has already been placed. Confirm the actual destination and selected option before paying.

Which marketplaces can you check?
UIDBuy currently presents Taobao, 1688 and Weidian as supported shopping sources. If you have an original marketplace URL, use UIDBuy’s own paste-link flow to check whether it can resolve that particular item. Support for a marketplace does not guarantee that every listing, option or seller can be purchased.
A link generated by another spreadsheet may use a different shortcut method. Some third-party tools can construct a direct agent link from a numeric Weidian or 1688 item ID, while a Taobao shortcut may need information that is not present in the public URL. If such a shortcut fails, try the original marketplace URL in the agent’s own interface rather than concluding that Taobao is unavailable.
If a link does not open, isolate the problem
First open the original seller listing and check whether it still loads. Then compare the product title and item ID with the link you copied. A seller may remove an item, change its options or restrict access; an older spreadsheet card cannot keep that listing live.
Next paste the original URL into the agent’s official link field. If the agent cannot display the item, check whether it asks you to sign in, whether the correct marketplace was recognized, and whether the listing has a selectable option. If the problem remains, send support the original URL and a screenshot of the error rather than only a shortened spreadsheet link.
- Original seller page opens, shortcut fails: try the original URL in the official purchase flow.
- Seller page is gone: look for another current listing; the old shortcut cannot restore it.
- Agent page opens but details differ: use the current seller, option and price for your decision.
Check 1688 quantities and options before checkout
Some 1688 listings sell by minimum quantity, pack or variant. The amount shown in a card may describe one unit, while the seller requires more than one unit for the selected option. The minimum is set by the actual listing, so do not assume it is the same for every 1688 product.
Record the required quantity, selected colour or size, unit price and seller-to-warehouse delivery charge. If the agent page shows a different quantity or total from the seller page, resolve that difference before payment. Do not use the card price as a checkout quote.
Illustrative example: a card says ¥40 per item, but the selected seller option requires two items and adds ¥8 domestic delivery. The item-stage amount would be ¥88 before later parcel shipping or other charges. Use the current listing’s actual quantities and charges in your calculation.
Make one final link and listing check
Before paying, keep the original marketplace URL and the agent product page together. Confirm they describe the same item, that the chosen option is available, and that the displayed quantity and price make sense. Save the order record so you can compare it with the warehouse item later.
After the item reaches the warehouse, inspect the photos associated with your actual order. A catalog QC count or a third-party “verified link” label may show that some photos or a live source listing were found; neither establishes the condition or authenticity of the item delivered for your order.
